Job summary

Nike AVDE team seeks a hands-on AV support engineer to own L1 and L2 issues across meeting rooms, digital signage, and live events at Nike EHQ and EMEA locations. You will diagnose display, audio, connectivity, and endpoint issues, follow runbooks, document actions, and Escalate where needed to ensure reliable room experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, service-oriented AVDE support engineer.
• Ability to troubleshoot L1/L2 faults and document actions in tickets.
• Strong organization, listening, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Interest in AV control platforms such as Crestron or Q-SYS; training encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on L1 and L2 AV support for meeting rooms, Zoom, Team, and Leadership Hub spaces.
• Perform equipment checks and fault troubleshooting to keep rooms operational and events on schedule.
• Coordinate delivery tasks and escalate complex issues to senior engineers with clear notes.
• Set up, test, and operate AV equipment for meetings and events; confirm room readiness.
• Support installations and refreshes: cable runs, labeling, mounting, and room-readiness checks.
• Maintain accurate inventory, asset records, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with senior AV engineers, Windows/Apple engineering teams, Facilities, vendors; contribute to SOPs and knowledge articles.
