Infoplus Technologies UK Limited is seeking an AV Onsite Technician for a 6-month contract in Amsterdam. The role involves managing meeting room solutions, troubleshooting AV technology, and providing excellent customer service during events.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all AV systems operate smoothly and maintaining a good relationship with clients. Knowledge of Cisco Video Conferencing systems and other AV equipment is essential for success in this position.

Job Description for an AV Onsite Technician

• Type of employment: TP- 6 months contract
• Notice period: Shorter notice period or can start early
• Awareness of the latest trends, hardware, and features in AV Technology.
• Managing Meeting Room Solutions and technology – Cisco Video Conferencing system.
• Understanding IT systems and AV equipment such as projectors, screens, Switchers, Crestron Control system, Microphones, audio Mixer, DSP, Amplifiers, speakers, video monitors.
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem-solving Audio-Visual hardware. They focus on making sure their systems are working properly. When something goes wrong, AV Engineer troubleshoot without showing concern to customers.
• While performing on-site, Engineer must provide outstanding customer service and develop working relationships with their clients.
• End-to-end support for AV events like executive event or Town Hall event.
• Onsite Engineer need to ensure that all connected systems operate at peak performance. When issues arise, they troubleshoot and adjust the AV system as required. AV technicians use objective analysis to spot issues and eliminate them before an event.
• Responsible for monthly health checks for meeting rooms.
• Would be first for RMA support of existing faulty device.
