Job summary

Wundermart, based near Amsterdam, seeks a Project Manager to lead the build of autonomous F&B solutions across countries. You will ensure design guidelines, processes, and manuals are executed with precision while improving them.

You own end-to-end building, align internal teams and partners for smooth delivery, and contribute to shaping a self-service platform enabling hotels to design, order, and operate new outlets in line with Wunder principles and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of project management experience, retail or platform-driven.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end build of autonomous F&B solutions across markets.
• Align design guidelines, processes, and manuals with quality standards.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for on-time delivery.
• Help shape the self-service platform and scalable rollout model.
