• Experience building or maintaining AI agents and prompts.
• Ability to fix AI mistakes in code and prompts.
• Familiarity with memory, tool calling and state management.

• Iterate on prompts, models and memory to improve agents.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to ship quickly.
• Share learnings through demos and pairing sessions.
