Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.
• Experience in NetSuite ERP system is helpful.
• Prior experience in distribution or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept quality claims (item-related and delivery-related) per standard procedures.
• Keep all parties informed about steps and developments during claim handling.
• Organize traceback methods to provide history/origin information of product, supplier, and facility.
• Conduct first-line analysis to determine if a claim can be closed without escalation.
• Provide thorough technical analysis with supplier for cost-effective resolutions.
• Evaluate responsible party and ensure cost-related alignment with responsibility.
• Ensure quality-related documents can be provided promptly on request.
• Assist technical information gathering and OEM negotiations.
• Communicate specifications, tolerances, and material choices with suppliers/customers.
