Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager in automotive industry.
• Strong PM disciplines, processes, and core tools (PPAP, APQP, DFMEA).
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the project plan across development and production, identifying risks and corrective actions through closure.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring resource availability, collaboration, and effective communication between teams, plants, and stakeholders.
• Control project financials: budgeting, cost management, forecasting, profitability tracking, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure product and process excellence, aligning technical decisions with quality, cost, and profitability targets.
• Act as the primary customer interface, maintaining clear communication and alignment on all topics throughout the program lifecycle.
• Drive governance and steering: lead project meetings, program reviews, gate reviews, and risk management actions.
