Job summary

ElevenLabs is transforming how we interact with technology and is seeking an Internal AI Engineer to build agentic workflows that automate complex processes across GTM, Ops, and Finance. You’ll co-design tools and ship automation that reduces manual toil, with security and auditability at the forefront.

You will own end-to-end experiments, iterate rapidly, and collaborate with a lean team to push the boundaries of AI-native workflows. This role is remote/global, with potential office options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and shipping automations in production.
• Strong Python and SQL and system design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Designing and iterating on AI agents and workflow orchestrations.
• Integrating AI systems with Salesforce, Slack, Ashby.
• Building reusable automation services and templates.
• Owning experiments end-to-end from discovery to impact.
• Developing monitoring frameworks for safe, auditable AI workflows.
