Job summary

FYGI - Happy Recruiters is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join an international maintenance team at a fixed, highly automated logistics site in Utrecht. You will maintain approximately 14 kilometres of automated systems, performing electrical, mechanical and control-related tasks to ensure 24/7 operations.

The role requires a solid electrical/controls background and comfort diagnosing faults in automated equipment. English is the working language; Dutch is not required.

Qualifications

• Solid electrical and controls background.
• Experience with Siemens S7/TIA Portal and Profinet or CAN-bus is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work in a highly automated logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems.
• Troubleshoot complex faults and investigate root causes to prevent failures.
• Work in an international maintenance team and support colleagues on shift.
