Job summary

FYGI in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join our international maintenance team at a single, highly automated logistics site near Utrecht. You will perform electrical, mechanical and control maintenance on complex automated equipment and work in a 5-shift schedule.

You should have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, practical knowledge of sensors, motors and drives, and experience with Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Profinet or CAN-bus.

Qualifications

MBO 3/4 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with mechanical knowledge.
Experience with Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Profinet or CAN-bus.
Good spoken and written English; Dutch not required.
Willing to work the 5-shift 2-2-2-4 schedule; reside within commuting distance to Utrecht.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems.
Troubleshoot complex faults and investigate root causes.
Work as part of an international maintenance team.
Document maintenance and shift handovers; contribute to learning platform.
