Job summary

EY in Amsterdam's Zuidas is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the growth and client strategy for the Audit business. You will translate priorities into actions, strengthen pipeline discipline and coordinate major audit pursuits for multinational and large accounts.

You will work within the Clients & Industries team to align priorities with senior stakeholders, develop scalable playbooks, and enhance the client experience. The role offers hybrid work and a path to strategic leadership within EY.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in professional services, business development, audit, Client Experience, strategy or consulting.
• Strong project and process leadership with the ability to create structure and drive execution.
• High analytical skill and the ability to translate data and client feedback into insights.
• Experience supporting large pursuits, tenders or strategic proposals.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Turn strategy, priorities and pipeline insights into clear commercial actions.
• Coordinate major audit pursuits and tenders, from early win strategy to proposal stories and reviews.
• Support the Audit CX agenda by conducting feedback interviews and win/loss reviews.
• Strengthen pipeline reporting, dashboards, forecasting and adopt AI-enabled tools.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align priorities and remove blockers.
• Develop practical playbooks and templates to scale Audit growth, pursuits and CX.
