Job summary

EY is seeking a senior commercial professional to empower the Audit business in the Netherlands. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable commercial actions, coordinate major audit pursuits, and drive Client Experience improvements across multinational and large accounts.

You will work within EY's Clients & Industries team, partnering with Audit, Assurance and other functions to shape national commercial strategy and scalable processes for growth and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in professional services, business development, audit, Client Experience, strategy or consulting.
• Strong project and process leadership, with the ability to create structure and drive execution.
• High analytical skill and the ability to translate data and client feedback into insights.
• Experience supporting large pursuits, tenders or strategic proposals.
• A client-centric mindset and genuine passion for Client Experience.
• Proficiency with digital and AI-enabled sales tools.
• Sensitivity to team dynamics and the ability to assess the fit between our teams and client stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Support EY’s Audit growth by turning strategy, priorities and pipeline insights into clear commercial actions.
• Coordinate major audit pursuits and tenders, from early win strategy to proposal storylines, reviews and follow-up.
• Support the Audit Client Experience (CX) agenda by executing feedback interviews, win/loss reviews and translating client insights into improvements.
• Strengthening commercial discipline through pipeline reporting, dashboards, forecasting and adoption of technology and AI-enabled tools.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to align priorities, remove blockers and keep decisions moving.
• Build practical playbooks, templates and ways of working that make Audit growth, pursuits and CX more consistent and scalable.
