Job summary

EY in The Hague seeks a Manager Audit FSO to lead complex audit engagements within the Assurance Audit Financial Services team. You will guide audit procedures, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships to deliver tailored assurance solutions.

You will bring 5+ years of auditing experience, fluency in English and Dutch preferred, and internationally recognized accounting qualifications (RA/CA/CPA/ACA/ACCA). Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS is required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting intricate and targeted audit procedures, alongside crafting client-centric audit strategies.
• Guiding and overseeing a team of audit professionals, equipping them with resources, knowledge, and growth opportunities.
• Proactively fostering relationships to deliver customized services, address diverse assurance requirements, and drive business growth.
• Identifying and addressing potential risks, while innovating to enhance products and processes for increased revenue and expansion.
