OPENLANE Europe seeks an Auction Specialist to manage end-to-end vehicle auctions and advise on pricing to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. You will work with a diverse portfolio of sellers and monitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

What are we looking for?

As an Auction Specialist at our office in Düsseldorf (Germany), you are responsible for the management, follow‑up, and operational execution of vehicle auctions, with the goal of maximizing sales results and customer satisfaction.

You work closely with a diverse portfolio of sellers, including traders, fleet owners, leasing companies, rental companies, and OEMs. By providing advice on auction strategy, pricing, and performance, you help customers achieve the best possible results.

With your commercial mindset, eye for detail, and proactive approach, you monitor auction performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure a smooth and successful auction process from start to finish.
