Job summary

NES Fircroft is assisting a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer to recruit Production Operators for their GMP manufacturing environment in the Netherlands. Positions include 16/5 and 24/5 shift patterns with morning, evening and night options.

A 12-month initial contract with potential for permanence, starting ASAP, and a monthly gross salary of €3,000–€3,100. The roles require MBO-level technical education and fluency in Dutch and English, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education in a technical, manufacturing, production or life sciences field.
• Fluent Dutch and English writing and speaking are required.
• Experience in a structured, regulated or manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform production activities in accordance with approved procedures, safety requirements and quality standards.
• Prepare materials, equipment and work areas for manufacturing activities.
• Operate manufacturing equipment following training and established procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of GMP documentation.
• Identify and elevate deviations, abnormalities or safety concerns.
• Contribute to effective shift handovers and team communication.
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities.

Shift Times

• Morning: 06:00 - 14:30
• Evening: 14:00 - 22:30
• Night: 22:00 - 06:30

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production activities in accordance with approved procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.

What We're Looking For
