As a Senior Associate in the Executive Compensation team at Willis Towers Watson, you will work with the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Senior Management of large European companies while supporting global clients in designing and implementing executive compensation and incentive programs that align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

You will deliver a variety of regional and international projects, including strategy, corporate governance, financial modelling, and broader rewards consulting. Your work will involve planning, designing, and implementing executive compensation programs, evaluating and developing compensation and reward strategies, and collaborating directly with managers and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Strategy.
