Job summary

Pro Industry in Tilburg is seeking a Production Operator for a 3-shift schedule. You will operate production equipment, support changeovers, and ensure quality and safety across the line in a structured food production environment.

The role suits those with production experience who want to broaden their skills on the floor. English and/or Dutch proficiency is preferred, and a car is recommended for accessibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, food production, or similar practical manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
• Good command of English and/or Dutch.
• Driver's license and access to a car is preferred.
• Accurate working style with attention to quality and food safety.
• Comfortable operating machines and following fixed procedures.
• Reliable attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Motivation to learn different workstations and become more versatile.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and support machine start-ups.
• Assist with product changes and line changeovers.
• Check process conditions and product quality during production.
• Record checks, results, and production information accurately.
• Identify deviations and report or resolve where possible.
• Clean machines, tools, and work areas per food safety procedures.
• Prepare materials and ensure next steps can continue.
• Work according to fixed recipes, instructions, and quality standards.
• Support colleagues at different workstations when needed.
• Keep the work area safe, clean and organized.
