Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Assistant Supervisor in Heijen (Gennep, Netherlands) to co-manage the daily warehouse operation within an international logistics setting. You will lead a 20 to 30 person team, ensure daily goals are met, and report to the Supervisor.

The role offers development through our learning center and a variety of benefits in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and work across three shifts in a 24/7 operation.

Your role

As an Assistant Supervisor, you are co-responsible for the daily warehouse operation. You ensure processes run smoothly and that your team clearly understands the daily goals and priorities.

You will manage a team of 20 to 30 warehouse employees, including pickers, packers and line leads, and report directly to the Supervisor.

• Coordinating daily warehouse activities on the floor

• Monitoring KPIs such as productivity and quality
• Identifying bottlenecks and taking action when needed

Your profile

• MBO level of education or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role within logistics
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and Excel is a plus
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to maintain overview
• Ambition to grow and take on more responsibility
• You are flexible and willing to work in a 24/7 operation, 7 days a week across three shifts.

A gross monthly salary between €2,607 – €3,349 based on 40 hours, depending on experience
