As an Assistant Controller, you are responsible for accurate and efficient financial administration. You prepare various reports, review entries, and support the month-end and year-end closing processes. In addition, you handle VAT returns and CBS reports and provide the necessary documentation for audits, responding to auditor inquiries. You identify discrepancies in financial data and propose improvements in bookings, processes, and systems. Together with the Financial Controller, you work on optimizing the administration. Thanks to your hands-on mentality, attention to detail, and focus on structure and clarity, you ensure that monthly and annual figures are delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance.

You have experience working with digital, administrative, and financial systems
You are able to switch between tactical and operational levels
You actively contribute to month-end and year-end closings and related reporting
You identify improvements and implement them in administrative processes and workflows
You support audits and can act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
