How You Will Contribute

As a Telecom Asset Manager you will manage the operational and financial performance of leasehold assets; ensuring that site‑level agreements are accurately maintained, financially optimised, and compliant with lease terms and regulatory obligations throughout their lifecycle.

• Managing the administration of a portfolio of telecom lease agreements across the Netherlands and Belgium, including rooftop sites, tower ground leases, and shared infrastructure locations.
• Monitoring lease renewals, rent reviews, CPI‑linked rent escalations, and other commercial provisions in line with contract terms and market benchmarks.
• Maintaining a central asset‑management database, ensuring accurate data on lease terms, payment schedules, site access rights, technical upgrades, and network changes.
• Liaising with the legal team on issuance of notices, contract extensions, and compliance with local property regulations.
• Coordinating rent invoicing and collections with the finance team and resolving payment discrepancies.
• Managing and processing requests for site access from operators, ensuring appropriate permissions, documentation, and operational protocols are followed.
• Supporting portfolio‑wide reporting and asset performance tracking using internal systems and dashboards.
• Coordinating with acquisition and technical teams to assess commercial implications of network changes (e.g., equipment upgrades, new tenancies, site relocations).

About You

This role suits someone organised and detail‑oriented, with experience in property, estate, or fixed asset management, ideally in a fast‑paced or regulated industry.

• You take ownership of your work, manage tasks independently, and bring a proactive mindset to solving problems.
• You’re confident handling lease documents and commercial agreements with accuracy and care.
• You have strong organisational skills and solid IT proficiency (e.g. databases, spreadsheets, internal systems).
• You’re curious and willing to deepen your knowledge of technical, legal, or contractual telecom matters over time.
• Fluency in Dutch is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in English is also advantageous as it’s the language we use to connect internally across our international teams.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with rooftop or ground lease sites, access rights, or infrastructure sharing arrangements.
• An understanding of lease lifecycle processes, such as renewals, rent escalations, or contract compliance.
• Experience supporting legal or finance teams with documentation, invoicing, or site‑related processes.
