Qualifications

• Strong IT proficiency, especially with databases and spreadsheets.
• Curiosity to deepen knowledge of technical, legal, or contractual telecom matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and financial performance of leasehold assets.
• Administer a portfolio of telecom lease agreements across the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Monitor lease renewals, rent reviews, and escalations according to contract terms.
• Liaise with the legal team on compliance and contract extensions.
• Coordinate rent invoicing and collections with finance.
