Job summary

Motus People in the Eindhoven Area is seeking a Cleanroom Technician to build innovative modules and complete machines from the ground up in a high-precision, controlled environment.

You will mount and assemble components, read drawings, and ensure measurements meet strict tolerances, while adhering to cleanroom protocols. English required; Dutch a plus. Housing and registration are arranged before arrival.

Qualifications

• A technical MBO level 3 or 4 qualification in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics or equivalent.
• Fluent in reading technical drawings and precise in work.
• Level-headed, practical and proactive when something looks wrong.
• Willing to develop and learn new techniques, team-oriented yet able to self-start.
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mounting and assembling mechanical and electrotechnical components into modules and complete systems.
• Working from technical drawings and product documentation, down to the last tolerance.
• Performing measurements and recording results to safeguard product quality.
• Testing, adjusting and inspecting systems before they are released to the customer.
• Following cleanroom protocols precisely, gowning, cleaning, contamination control.
• Thinking along with your team about improvements to the assembly process.

Job description

The modules you build will end up inside semiconductor equipment, medical systems and aerospace applications. Three industries with no appetite for error, and no tolerance for a single speck of dust. For one of the leading high-tech manufacturers in the Eindhoven Area, we are looking for a Cleanroom Technician. You will build innovative modules and complete machines from the ground up, in a controlled environment where precision is the product.

The Role

You work alongside colleagues to build, mount and assemble high-tech modules and complete machines. Every system leaves the cleanroom tested, measured, documented and ready for a customer who will notice anything you missed.

Your responsibilities:

• Mounting and assembling mechanical and electrotechnical components into modules and complete systems
• Working from technical drawings and product documentation, down to the last tolerance
• Performing measurements and recording results to safeguard product quality
• Testing, adjusting and inspecting systems before they are released to the customer
• Following cleanroom protocols precisely, gowning, cleaning, contamination control
• Thinking along with your team about improvements to the assembly process

This is You

• A technical MBO level 3 or 4 qualification — mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics — or an equivalent international diploma
• You read technical drawings fluently and you work accurately, every time
• Level-headed, practical, and not afraid to take initiative when something looks wrong
• You work well with colleagues, and you can also find your own way without being told twice
• You want to keep developing and learning new techniques
• Good command of English, spoken and written. Dutch is a plus, not a requirement
• Living in the Netherlands, or ready to relocate here

Experience in a cleanroom, medical device or precision assembly environment is a real advantage, but a demonstrable feel for precision work weighs heavier than the number of years behind it.
