Job summary

Logistic Force in the Netherlands seeks an Assembly Production Employee with technical insight to join the production team. You will deburr edges, seal, cut panels, perform quality checks, and keep inspection records, contributing to defense panel production across Europe and America.

You will work Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00, with three breaks totaling one hour. The job offers a starting gross hourly wage of €16.36 for the first 20 days, rising to €16.73 thereafter, travel allowance, pension,

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Just like in an engine, almost every part is crucial! Remove one part, and the whole engine stops working. As a production worker, you are an important link in the production process! BUT, that responsibility is entrusted to you. You'll work together with a team to produce products, with each person responsible for their own part. It's a job where you know what to expect, and at the end of the day, you and your team can look back with satisfaction at what you've accomplished — mission accomplished!

You will be responsible for finishing special sandwich panels used by defense organizations across Europe and America. By working accurately and with attention to detail, you ensure the quality of each product.

Your tasks include:

• Deburring aluminum edges
• Applying a waterproof seal
• Cutting panels to size
• Performing quality checks
• Filling in inspection checklists
• Repairing any damage
• Cleaning the workplace

Working conditions:

• Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
• Three breaks per day totaling one hour
• Work clothing provided
• You listen to music while working

WHAT WILL YOU GET OUT OF IT?

A competitive salary of €16.36 gross per hour during the first 20 working days. After that, your salary will increase to €16.73 gross per hour.

You will accrue 25 vacation days annually and receive 8% holiday allowance.

Travel allowance and a pension scheme.

The prospect of a permanent contract upon good performance as an Assembly Production Employee with Technical Insight.

Three breaks per day, totaling one hour.

Work clothing will be provided.
