Introduction

You gather the correct parts, check if the dimensions are right, and take another good look at the drawing. Then, you get to work assembling an industrial package that needs to leave the facility sturdy, neat, and according to specifications. As a Production Worker, you work with your hands, pay attention to detail, and ensure every product is correct before it moves further in the process. Do you have technical insight and your own housing? Then this is a great role for you.

Organization

This organization is involved in the production and assembly of industrial packaging. Within the production department, everything revolves around quality, safety, and precise work. Each component must be checked, assembled, and finished correctly to ensure the final product meets the required standards.

You'll find yourself in a practical work environment where colleagues collaborate on products that can withstand rough treatment. You'll be working with tools, drawings, and clear work instructions. It's important that the workspace remains tidy and that any defects or malfunctions are promptly reported to the supervisor.

Function

As a Production Worker, you are responsible for assembling industrial packaging according to specifications and drawings. Before you begin, you check the parts for quality and dimensions. This ensures that everything is correct before the product is assembled.

While working, you use the relevant tools safely and in accordance with the applicable rules. You check not only the individual parts but also the final product. Is the sizing correct? Are all parts properly fitted? Are the correct stamps, information, and labels neatly applied? Then the product can proceed to the next step. Additionally, you keep your workspace clean, report defects or malfunctions of tools to your supervisor, and contribute ideas for potential improvements within your role or the company.

Job Requirements

What is expected of you?

• You have your own housing;
• You have a command of the Dutch and/or English language;
• You have technical insight;
• You work precisely and accurately;
• You preferably have 1 to 3 years of experience in packaging production.;
• A forklift certificate is an advantage.
