Job summary

Een toonaangevende producent van sandwichpanelen in Waalwijk zoekt een nauwkeurige en technisch onderlegde Productiemedewerker. In deze rol draag je bij aan de productie van hoogwaardige sandwichpanelen met een focus op teamwork en kwaliteit. Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag en kunt rekenen op een uurloon van €16,24. Er zijn mogelijkheden voor overuren en je ontvangt een reiskostenvergoeding. Een goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels is vereist voor deze vaste baan.

Qualifications

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt technisch inzicht.
• Je kunt productie tekeningen of onderdelen lijsten lezen of bent bereid te leren.
• Je bent een echte teamspeler.
• Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal.

Responsibilities

• Bijdragen aan de productie van hoogwaardige, op maat gemaakte sandwichpanelen.
• Zorgen dat individuele grondstoffen worden omgevormd tot een perfect eindproduct.
• Werken met productie tekeningen en onderdelen lijsten.

Wat ga je doen?

Are you accurate, technically minded, and do you enjoy working with your hands? Would you like to be part of one of Europe’s largest producers of custom-made sandwich panels? Then this position at our client in Waalwijk is perfect for you!

As a Production Worker, you contribute to the production of high-quality, custom-made sandwich panels for various applications, including the bodywork industry and the defense sector. Depending on the department’s needs and your experience and interests.

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, in a close-knit team of colleagues. Using production drawings and parts lists, you ensure that individual raw materials are transformed into a perfect end product. Due to the variety of panels and tasks, no two days are the same.

Accuracy, quality, and teamwork are central to this role. Your work has a direct and visible impact on the final product.

• Hourly wage of €16.24, with a starting wage of €15.88 during the first 4 weeks;
• Overtime paid with a 25% bonus for hours worked over 40 per week;
