Qualifications

• A genuine interest in food and a strong ambition to build a career as a professional chef.
• Registered, or able to register, with a recognised culinary school in a BBL (Beroepsbegeleidende Leerweg) apprenticeship programme.
• Willingness to combine working shifts with school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and cooking.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and other hotel departments.
