Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts in Eindhoven is seeking a Kitchen Apprentice to support our hotel kitchen operations, preparing dishes in line with brand standards and recipes, with a hands-on learning approach. You will join the F&B team with early shifts and gain practical experience in mise en place, cooking basics, and guest service, while building language skills in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy helping guests and provide friendly service.
• Be a hardworking person with eye for detail.
• Passion for food and good command of English and Dutch.
• Student in level 2/3 vocational culinary program or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to hotel standards and recipes.
• Assist in mise en place and buffet setup with the F&B team.
• Support guests with a positive dining experience and teamwork.
