Job summary

Love Recruitment International partners with a fast-growing European fitness operator to appoint an experienced multi-site leader for around 15 clubs in the Amsterdam area. This is a hands-on, commercially driven role with accountability for club performance and shaping outcomes through your on-site teams.

You will drive sales, conversions, and retention via Club Managers, coach on-site, implement improvement plans, and report weekly to the Operations Director.

Qualifications

• Multi-site leadership across five or more locations with real P&L ownership.
• Comfortable on the gym floor and working with frontline teams.
• Proven track record in driving sales and retention through a team.
• Leads with data but coaches with people in mind.
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Background in fitness, hospitality, retail, or consumer facing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Take full commercial and operational accountability across roughly 15 clubs.

Job description

We're working with one of Europe's fastest growing fitness operators, and they're looking for an experienced multi site leader to take full ownership of a portfolio of around 15 clubs across the Amsterdam area.

This is a hands on, commercially driven role. You'll be the one accountable for how those clubs perform, not just reporting on the numbers but actively shaping them through the people who run each site day to day.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking full commercial and operational accountability across roughly 15 clubs
• Driving sales, member conversion, and retention performance through your Club Managers
• Getting out on site regularly to coach and develop your management team
• Stepping in with clear improvement plans wherever a club is underperforming
• Keeping your Operations Director in the loop with a weekly read on results and opportunities
• Making sure maintenance and safety issues get sorted quickly and properly

What we're looking for:

• Genuine multi site leadership experience, ideally across five or more locations, with real P&L ownership
• Comfortable on the gym floor, not just in the numbers
• A track record of driving sales and retention results through a team, not solo
• Someone who leads with data, but coaches with people in mind
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
• Background in fitness, hospitality, retail, or another consumer facing sector is welcome

What's on offer:

• Up to 60,000 euros gross per year (experience dependent), plus 8% holiday allowance and a KPI linked bonus
