Overview

Architect Project Lead – PwC Join a dynamic Workday practice as the senior integration architecture lead, driving financial integration across finance & HCM functions.

What will you be doing?

Lead the design and implementation of the Workday financial integration landscape.

• Own the end‑to‑end integration architecture for Workday Financials / HCM.
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration designs, documenting architecture and data flow.
• Build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Web Services (SOAP/REST, RaaS).
• Configure middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) – transformations, routing, error handling, retries, monitoring.
• Ensure secure connectivity (SFTP, APIs, OAuth2, certificates, PGP) and manage Workday integration security.
• Lead code reviews, establish best practices, mentor integration developers.
• Collaborate with Finance, HCM, IT, Security, and vendor teams to manage expectations, status and risk.

• Excellent communication, documentation and leadership skills.
