Wolters Kluwer is seeking an API Integration Consultant for the Netherlands (Hoevelaken) or Belgium (Ghent/Hasselt). You will manage complex API integrations, certify APIs, and partner with Product, Development, and Sales to deliver value for customers.
You’ll collaborate across BE/NL/UK regions, translating customer needs into technical solutions while helping mature the API certification process.
Do you want to make a real impact for customers while diving deep into APIs and software implementations in an international environment? Wolters Kluwer is looking for an API Integration Consultant to join our Professional Services team in either the Netherlands (Hoevelaken) or Belgium (Ghent/Hasselt). This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who wants to further deepen their expertise in API integrations and grow into a true subject matter expert.
Wolters Kluwer is a global provider of expert solutions, software, and professional information services for the Healthcare, Tax & Accounting, Finance, Compliance, and Legal & Regulatory sectors. Every day, Wolters Kluwer helps professionals improve the way they work and solve complex challenges with confidence. At Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting (TAA), we help accountants, bookkeepers, and organizations of all sizes improve productivity and optimize their tax, audit, and accounting processes.
As an API Integration Consultant, you will be part of the Professional Services team supporting Belgium and the Netherlands. You will take ownership of complex integration challenges and act as a trusted advisor for customers and internal stakeholders. You will operate at the intersection of customers, Product Management, Development, and Sales, playing a key role in delivering successful API integrations across our ecosystem. In addition, you will be part of a broader regional API community (Region West: Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UK) where knowledge sharing, standardization, and continuous improvement are central. While collaboration is regional, the primary focus of this role is the Dutch market and its customers. You will translate customer requirements and use cases into technically feasible integration solutions (in collaboration with Development) and actionable product improvements (in collaboration with Product Management). This means you will not only execute projects, but also serve as a consultant and strategic advisor within the wider ecosystem. You will work hands-on with API integrations, leveraging tools and standards to analyze, test, and validate integrations. You are comfortable investigating technical issues and communicating effectively with both Development teams and customers. Finally, you will play an important role in guiding and further professionalizing the organization’s API certification process.
