Job summary

Adaptfy, an SHV/Metyis JV, is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team in Amsterdam. The role targets candidates with 1–4 years of hands-on AI/engineer experience and a solid foundation in Python, Git, and modern AI tooling.

You will design and deploy AI solutions, collaborate with cross-functional data teams, and contribute to knowledge graphs and RAG pipelines. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages considered a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of professional experience in software, data, or AI roles.
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern language (Python preferred) and Git.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems and AI workflows.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, ontologies, and RAG pipelines.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine AI solutions across the full lifecycle from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with central and local data teams to define and maintain the organization’s AI context layer.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering and memory techniques to production models to maximize reliability.
• Translate business needs into AI-enabled workflows and use cases for scalable impact.
• Stay updated with the latest AI models, tools, and orchestration frameworks.
• Document methodologies and maintain reusable AI assets and knowledge libraries.
