Job summary

Adaptfy in Amsterdam is hiring an AI Solution Engineer with 1–4 years of experience to join the Data & Analytics team. The role focuses on designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions across the full lifecycle, collaborating with data teams and business stakeholders.

You will work with knowledge graphs, context layers, RAG pipelines, and orchestration tools, applying advanced prompt and memory engineering. English fluency is required; international exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of professional experience in software, data science, or AI engineering.
• Strong programming skills in at least one modern language; Python is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems including prompt engineering.
• Familiar with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and refine AI solutions end-to-end.
• Collaborate with central and local data teams and stakeholders.
• Define and maintain the context layer: knowledge graphs, ontologies, governance graphs, data lineage.
• Apply prompt, memory and harness engineering to optimize AI models in production.
• Translate business requirements into AI-transformed workflows and use cases.
• Stay up-to-date with AI models and tooling and share innovations.
• Contribute to design of agentic AI systems and orchestration architectures.
