Job summary

PwC Amsterdam is seeking an Associate for the People in Deals & Transformation team. You will support clients on people-related topics in transactions and transformations, working with colleagues from diverse disciplines to deliver practical actions and insights.

The role blends advisory and implementation work, with opportunities to explore AI and digital tools to strengthen analyses and client impact. Based in Amsterdam with potential remote work part of the time, you’ll join a

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Economics, Econometrics or social sciences with affinity for data analytics/finance.
Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex information.
English communication required; Dutch preferred.
Interest in AI, data and digital tools and how they apply to consulting.
Proactive, results-oriented and able to take initiative.
Energetic, client-focused team player with collaboration skills.
Experience in multidisciplinary, international projects.

Responsibilities

Support clients on people-related topics in mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, reorganisations and broader transformation programmes.
Contribute to research and analysis and prepare client materials.
Turn insights into practical actions in collaboration with HR data, analytics, and HR technology specialists.
Work with multidisciplinary teams and international colleagues to deliver projects.
