Job summary

Yonder is expanding in Amsterdam and seeks a hands-on Partnerships Manager to grow local partnerships, activations and community events. You will identify venues, negotiate terms, and own the partner pipeline from outreach to follow-up.

You will collaborate with the Netherlands Market Lead and UK Partnerships team to deliver local impact. You’ll work on end-to-end events, build authentic relationships with venues and brands, and ensure activities drive member value and growth for Yonder in the

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in externally facing hospitality roles in Amsterdam.
• Experience with brand representation, activations or partnerships.
• Ability to own end-to-end recurring activity.
• Strong Dutch networking within Amsterdam's hospitality ecosystem.
• Fluent in English with Dutch proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run partnerships events and activations in Amsterdam.
• Identify and build relationships with restaurants, bars, hospitality groups and local brands.
• Turn partner conversations into tangible collaborations (benefits, activations, referrals).
• Manage day-to-day calendar and partner pipeline, coordinating outreach and logistics.
• Analyse outcomes of events to improve future activities and wider Netherlands plan.
• Collaborate with Netherlands Market Lead and UK Partnerships team for feedback.
