Job summary

Yonder in Amsterdam is seeking a Partnerships & Community Manager to build local relationships, run events and activate partner collaborations with restaurants, bars and brands for our Dutch market.

You’ll work hands‑on across the Amsterdam scene, splitting time between the city centre office and partner sites, driving day‑to‑day community operations and straightforward commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in externally facing role connected to Amsterdam’s hospitality scene.
• Owned recurring activity end‑to‑end.
• Able to build relationships and turn conversations into partnerships.
• Know Amsterdam’s hospitality ecosystem and have relevant local relationships.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run prospective‑member sessions, events and partner gatherings from invite to follow‑up.
• Identify and prioritize restaurants, bars, hospitality groups and local brands for partnerships.
• Turn relationships into useful collaborations (benefits, activations, referrals).
• Maintain community calendar and partner pipeline; manage outreach, logistics, delivery and follow‑up.
• Analyze events outcomes to improve future execution and inform wider Netherlands plan.
• Collaborate with Netherlands Market Lead and UK Partnerships team.
