Job summary

OrderYOYO is seeking an Account Manager to join a brand-new team supporting our restaurant partners in the Netherlands. You will drive GMV growth, deepen relationships, and help partners maximize the platform across app and website.

We value commercial awareness, ability to interpret dashboards, and proactive collaboration with Onboarding, Sales and Support to deliver a joined-up experience. Dutch language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

Minimum B2 proficiency in Dutch required.
Strong relationship-building and customer-facing mindset.
Commercial awareness and ability to grow GMV.
Data-driven with ability to translate dashboards into actions.
Organised, proactive, with clear communication over the phone.

Responsibilities

Manage a cohort of key restaurant partners.
Grow GMV within accounts and drive orders via app/website.
Conduct regular partner check-ins and share feedback with product/commercial teams.
Use CRM insights to spot performance improvements and upsell opportunities.
Drive adoption of marketing packages, ePOS, and Self-Service Kiosks.
Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, and Support for a joined-up experience.
Monitor retention and early churn signals.
