Ideal candidates have 2–7 years in Trading Operations or Trade Support, exposure to market-making or quantitative trading environments, and proficiency in Python or SQL.

Qualifications

• Based in Amsterdam (essential).
• Experience supporting listed and/or OTC options.
• Able to cover broader Trading Operations across asset classes.
• 2–7 years in Trading Operations, Middle Office or Trade Support.
• Experience in market-making, prop trading, HFT or quant trading environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the full trade lifecycle end-to-end.
• Help build scalable operational processes as the firm grows.
• Collaborate closely with traders and technology teams.
