Job summary

Flow Traders in Amsterdam is seeking a Digital Assets Options Trader to join our global trading team. You will develop and optimize options strategies, manage OTC flow, and contribute to desk processes and risk controls.

You will work with traders, quants, and engineers to improve execution, develop pricing models, and generate trading ideas from real-time data. Strong programming and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with options trading at a prop trader, market maker, or crypto desk.
• Experience with crypto or digital asset options across OTC/listed markets.
• Solid understanding of options theory, trading basics and risk management.
• Experience with OTC options, RFQ handling, pricing, and counterparty interaction.
• Strong quantitative and programming skills in Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize digital asset options strategies across OTC and listed markets.
• Manage OTC trading flow, including RFQs, pricing, execution, and counterparty interaction.
• Run day-to-day activities of an options desk.
• Improve desk processes, pricing, monitoring, and risk-management framework.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineers to enhance execution and infra.
• Generate and validate trading ideas from data and real-time feedback.
