Job summary

Sircle Collection is seeking an IT Coordinator for our centralized Service Desk in Amsterdam. You will drive backend infrastructure, domain migrations, and cross-border support across Europe and the UK, acting as a key technical lead for site takeovers.

You will also handle Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 worldwide, with hands-on duties in Amsterdam and liaison with local vendors and staff. Relevant hospitality tech exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an IT Support, Systems Administrator, or IT Coordinator role with backend focus.
• Proven ability to write high‑quality technical documentation.
• Strong mindset for fast-paced acquisitions and cross-border support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (AD and Entra ID).
• Manage the global Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange, security policies and Teams.
• Co-manage device strategy with Intune across Europe and UK locations.
• Lead technical efforts during new property acquisitions and data migrations.
