Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd in Amsterdam is looking for a Fitout Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. This role requires ensuring that projects are carried out safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, lead project teams, and maintain high standards of project quality. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent understanding of project delivery processes including scheduling, cost control and quality management.
• Relevant health and safety certification (Safe Pass, CSCS, SMSTS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects in line with agreed programme, budget and specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, commercial, design and construction functions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variations and project cash flow.
