Saxo Bank is seeking a hands-on, people-focused leader in Amsterdam to drive exceptional service delivery for Institutional clients and partners. You will develop and empower a high-performing team, ensure daily operations meet SLAs, and act as a key stakeholder on complex projects within the Bank’s governance framework.

• Proven people leadership in client service or operations, preferably financial services.
• Ability to meet SLAs, improve processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-first communication mindset.
• Comfortable operating within governance, compliance and risk frameworks.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid product knowledge with a continuous learning approach.

Aufgaben

• Develop and grow the team through delegation, coaching and training.
• Ensure daily responsibilities are completed and service delivered within SLAs.
• Provide outstanding service to top Institutional Partners, observing TRE requirements.
• Build deep understanding of clients’ businesses to deliver proactive support.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of the operational setup.
• Act as a key stakeholder in larger, complex projects and ad hoc initiatives.
• Ensure WINs & PROs are maintained and updated.
• Lead core people-management activities, including monthly feedback and KPI setting.
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability and collaboration within the team.
