Job summary

Lares Infrastructure Resilience is seeking an OT Security Consultant to lead security projects for international clients, focusing on risk assessments, IT/OT integration, and threat modeling across IEC 62443 aligned programs.

You will deliver OT security training, support NIS2 reviews, and help shape secure industrial networks while mentoring colleagues.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required; practical experience with PLCs, DCS, and SCADA is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; written and spoken.
• Practical security experience within industrial networks and industrial devices like PLCs, DCS, Safety systems, and SCADA.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols like Modbus, IEC104, and vendor-specific protocols.
• Experience with conducting risk analyses and assessing risk management processes.
• Clear communication of technical concepts and assessment results in reports.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, MITRE ATT&CK for ICS, NIST CSF, and NIST SP 800-82.
• Interest in writing whitepapers and publications.
• A proactive and supportive personality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advisory services on SCADA and industrial control systems.
• Design secure industrial networks and architectures.
• Assist clients in building or enhancing OT security programs.
• Guide secure digital transformation initiatives and Industry 4.0 projects.
• Analyze vulnerabilities and risks in context of operations and business impact.
• Manage and execute assessments using Lares methodologies.
• Support business development with technical inputs.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
• Contribute to knowledge, methodologies, and service enhancements.
