Job summary

Swan is seeking an AML/Transaction Monitoring Analyst to proactively monitor clients’ activity and protect the platform from fraud and regulatory risk. You will analyze complex account activity and respond to requests from internal teams and external partners.

Role requires strong attention to detail, French regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication in English. Experience with Forest and Zendesk is advantageous in this fast-paced financial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AML/compliance experience, with transaction monitoring.
• Knowledge of French law and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AML tools and case management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client transactions for fraud and AML risks.
• Handle requests requiring analysis of account activity.
• Coordinate with risk, operations and partners on investigations.
• Respond to authorities' legal requests when needed.
• Help improve scoring rules by reporting trends.
