THE ENTOURAGE GROUP is seeking an ambitious Team Leader/Assistant Manager for its THE BUTCHER Nine Streets venues in Amsterdam. You will drive daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and support the General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee service standards, kitchen involvement, scheduling, and training while maintaining hygiene and safety. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a passion for hospitality in a bustling urban setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year professional experience in a similar leadership role.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong management and leadership ability.
• Experience in kitchen operations.
• Hospitality passion and guest-focused service.
• HACCP and SVH diplomas are a plus.
• Organized and effective communicator with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and assist GM.
• Lead team members, supervisors, and ensure smooth service.
• Build guest relationships and resolve complaints effectively.
• Supervise service quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage scheduling and training as needed.
• Suggest cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Conduct briefings and participate in management meetings.
