Job summary

WerkTalent is hiring for an order picker / logistics position in the Netherlands. You will receive and inspect incoming goods, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.

You’ll monitor inventory and help keep the facility organized and safe while using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficiency, with opportunities for advancement and training through WerkTalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehouse is advantageous.
• Good command of English is a must; Dutch is a plus.
• Able to work accurately and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Monitor and manage inventory
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
