Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Lelystad City Center is seeking an all-round hospitality team member to join our friendly reception and service team. You will start each shift with a handover, plan the day, and ensure mise-en-place is ready for guest occasions.

You’ll contribute to creating warm, memorable experiences for every guest in a vibrant hotel setting. We value a natural hospitality mindset, reliable and flexible staff, and the ability to communicate in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Hospitality comes natural; you aim for excellent service.
• Hospitality education is a plus; experience in a similar role preferred.
• At least one year of hospitality experience.
• Well-presented, reliable and flexible.
• Speaks good Dutch and English.
• Available during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

LEONARDO HOTEL LELYSTAD CITY CENTER

Our hotel is centrally located in Lelystad, just a five-minute walk from the train station. From here, you can easily explore the youngest province of the Netherlands. Relax in our rooms and enjoy the restaurants located within the same building. Within fifteen minutes, you can reach the Oostvaardersplassen, an impressive 5,600-hectare nature reserve. You can also visit the Bataviawerf or the Aviodrome, offering plenty of options for a great day out.

Job Requirements

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Hospitality comes naturally to you, and you always aim for excellent service.
• A hospitality education is a plus; experience in a similar role is preferred.
• You have at least one year of experience in a hospitality-related environment.
• You are well-presented, reliable and flexible.
• You speak good Dutch and English.
• You are available during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
