Job summary

Syntegon Technology GmbH in Weert, Netherlands, is seeking an experienced Allround CNC Machinist to operate and program CNC lathes and mills, set up tooling, and ensure production meets exacting tolerances in a safe, efficient environment.

You will read drawings, calibrate measurements with calipers and micrometers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes. The role offers a stable, international employer with attractive terms and a 38-hour week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC lathes and CNC mills in a production environment.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software.
• Strong knowledge of precision measurement techniques and tolerance standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC lathes and mills to manufacture precision components from various materials.
• Set up machines, install tooling, and configure cutting parameters based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to verify component tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to understand production requirements.
• Maintain organized work areas and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Document production data and report any deviations or quality issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve challenges.
• Continuously improve machining techniques and contribute to process efficiency initiatives.
