Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Lelystad City Center is seeking an all-round hospitality team member to join our friendly reception and service team. You will start each shift with a handover, plan the day, and ensure mise-en-place is ready for guest occasions.

You’ll contribute to creating warm, memorable experiences for every guest in a vibrant hotel setting. We value a natural hospitality mindset, reliable and flexible staff, and the ability to communicate in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Hospitality comes natural; you aim for excellent service.
• Hospitality education is a plus; experience in a similar role preferred.
• At least one year of hospitality experience.
• Well-presented, reliable and flexible.
• Speaks good Dutch and English.
• Available during evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Start shift with handover and plan the day.
• Complete mise-en-place and prepare for special guest occasions.
• Create warm, memorable experiences for guests as an all-round hospitality team member.
