Job summary

agap2 Netherlands is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate Assembly, Integration & Test activities in an international, yet locally focused setting. You will work across Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports, and Healthcare projects with a strong emphasis on knowledge sharing and career growth.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, align planning and resources, and drive delivery for complex engineering programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is required.
5–10 years of experience in engineering project coordination, AIT or similar.
Experience coordinating engineering activities in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage Assembly, Integration & Test activities across the development lifecycle.
Ensure planning, test facilities, resources, and execution are aligned for high-quality, safe, on-schedule delivery.
Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams and stakeholders to drive project delivery.
Develop and manage AIT planning, scheduling, and execution strategies.
Coordinate availability and utilization of test facilities and resources.
Ensure test plans meet quality, safety and project requirements.
Monitor progress, risks, milestones, dependencies; drive continuous improvement.
