Vanderlande is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate service delivery for our airports IT solutions. You will connect customers with the Service Management organization and align internal teams to ensure reliable performance and high customer satisfaction.

You will plan, authorize, and evaluate service delivery activities, guide handovers, and work with customers, engineering, product, and sales stakeholders to strengthen service standards across global deployments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related technical field.
• Solid understanding of and hands-on experience with IT infrastructure and software development environments.
• Affinity with IT and Industrial Automation, with interest in logistics and operational processes.
• Proficiency in ITIL-aligned IT Service Management practices and frameworks.
• Proactive, pragmatic, results-focused, with analytical problem-solving skills and hands-on execution mindset.
• Excellent spoken and written English, able to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams, travel internationally on occasion.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the implementation of new or modified service contracts, ensuring alignment with capabilities and customer expectations.
• Manage handover of newly installed systems or services to the Service team for ongoing support and maintenance.
• Coordinate support efforts by bringing together teams, tools, and information; assign and monitor work across internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with Service Desks, internal teams, and customer stakeholders to improve Airports IT Solutions and Vanderlande service standards.
• Provide clear reporting on service delivery performance and prioritize known issues for product development teams.
• Analyze customer feedback, run workshops to identify business opportunities and service improvements, and support Sales with input during pre-sales and contract definition.
