Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team within Europe Air Network Planning & Engineering.
• Plan and organize resources to meet network goals and initiatives.
• Present plans to senior management for approval and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Oversee budget and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with FedEx policies, aviation regulations, and best practices in air network operations.
